American rapper Lil Wayne is being sued for using a track by the Rolling Stones with out permission.
It is alleged that Wayne used parts of 'Play With Fire' by the Rolling Stones for his track 'Playing With Fire'.
Lawsuit papers filed by Abkco Music Inc in New York have accused the Hip Hop star, his artistic collaborators and his label Universal of copyright infringement and unfair competiton.
The allegations go on to say that Wayne's use of “explicit, sexist and offensive language” could leads fans of The Rolling Stones to believe that the band approve of his version.
