Neil Young has revealed that he plans to tour “pretty extensively” for at least the next year.
Young, who played the Hop Farm festival in Kent earlier this month, told Billboard that he still found touring “very rewarding”.
“It's very good for me - it keeps me in top form physically, and that makes me feel good,” he said.
"And I've found a way of doing it so I'm on and I'm off and I can get enough time on that I can focus on (other projects) and then I go right back out on the road again and take another couple shots at that."
Young is to release his long-awaited 'Archive' series this autumn.
The series begins with a 10-disc set of performances from 1963-67 and will be released on CD, DVD and Blu-ray.
