Radiohead and Last Shadow Puppets, the side-project of Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner and Rascals signer Miles Kane, are joint favourites to win the Mercury Music Prize.
Both bands, who are nominated along with ten other acts, are 5/1 with bookmakers William Hill.
It's the fifth time an album featuring Thom Yorke has been nominated for the award, while Turner is making his third appearance on the list in three years.
Also popular with the bookmaker are Elbow, who are 6/1 second favourites for the prize along with Burial and Robert Pkant & Alison Krauss.
Meanwhile, Adele, British Sea Power and Estelle are 8/1 for the award, while Neon Neon, Rachel Unthank & The Winterset and Portico Quartet are all at 10/1.
The nominees for this year's Mercury Music Prize were announced in a ceremony at The Hospital in London's Covent Garden this morning (July 22nd).
