US rapper Kanye West will interview Iraq war veterans as part of a new TV documentary, it's been confirmed.
West will front the programme, entitled Choose or Lose & Kanye West Present: Homecoming, alongside MTV VJ Sway Colloway.
As well as hearing veterans' stories, West will also present a financial gift to the soldiers, which will go towards their tuition fees, rent or debt.
“There are hundreds of veterans out there who are falling through the cracks. They make the ultimate sacrifices for us by laying down their lives, but it seems like a lot of them just get forgotten about,” West said in a statement.
“I know my music inspires and helps a lot of people but you can always do more.
"I teamed up with MTV and took the opportunity to share the spotlight with these veterans and hear their stories.”
The programme will broadcast at 10pm on Monday (July 28th).
