An arrest warrant for Pete Doherty, issued after the Babyshambles frontman failed to turn up for a court appearance, has been withdrawn.
Doherty had been due to appear in Yeovil Magistrates court on Thursday (July 17th) to face allegations of criminal damage.
The planned hearing related to an incident last August, where Doherty is alleged to have chased a female photographer into a shop after she tried to take a photo of his then girlfriend Irina Lazareanu.
Cath Mead was not injured in the incident but damage was caused to her camera.
According to the Associated Foreign Press, Doherty is now due to appear in court on July 24th.
