Jo Wood, the wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, is refusing to visit her husband in rehab, it's been claimed.
Wood was admitted to rehab yesterday (July 16th) so that he could seek help in his battle with alcohol and his spokeswoman said that his close family and friends were looking “forward to his recovery."
His admittance comes amid tabloid speculation that he has been seeing a Russian woman named Ekaterina Ivanova.
According to today's Mirror newspaper, Wood's wife of 23 years is refusing to visit her husband and is planning to fly out of the country.
"Jo is distraught. She has had a lot to put up with in the 23 years they have been married, but this affair is pushing her too far,” a friend is quoted as telling the paper.
"She said she won't speak to Ronnie unless he is sober and at the moment is so upset she is refusing to visit him in rehab."
