Britney Spears will be spending her summer recording her currently untitled next album according to a statement released by Jive Records and her manager, Larry Rudolph.
No album date has been confirmed as of yet but “she's working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters and we're very excited about what she's accomplished so far”, stated Rudolph and Jive.
Spears’ last album, ‘Blackout’, performed poorly on the Billboard charts due to being overshadowed by her constant tabloid appearances that had nothing to do with her music.
The singer will be appearing on a “secret’ video for Madonna’s upcoming Sticky & Sweet world tour.
