More Led Zeppelin The artwork to Captain Beefheart's 1969 classic 'Trout Mask Replica' and Led Zeppelin's 'Houses of the Holy' have both been voted amongst the 50 weirdest album covers of all time in a Gigwise poll.
Gigwise staff have been compiling some of the most bizarre record sleeves from the bowels of time, to create the ultimate countdown.
You can see it in full by clicking here.
At times not for the feint hearted, the poll features naked pregnant men, cows shitting out human entrails, Debbie Harry turning into a kebab, Swedish singers on acid, adult babies and foetuses, Peter Gabriel's melted face, decapitated heads and much much more.
Alternatively, if you can stomach it, you can check out Gigwise's most popular article of all time The 50 Most Controversial Album Covers Ever.
