Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder Rewards Fan Who Finds Private Pictures On Phone

Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder has reportedly given a reward to a fan who found his girlfriends mobile phone on the backseat of a New York taxi.

The unnamed fan discovered the phone, which contained private pictures of Vedder, his girlfriend and their family, last week.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, a source said: "Suddenly, the phone started ringing. The caller ID said 'Eddie'.”

It's claimed that the fan promptly returned the mobile to Vedder's Midtown hotel, where he rewarded them with a thank you letter, an engraved Zippo lighter and a $500 cash reward.

Pearl Jam recently wowed crowds in New York during a two night residency at Madison Square Garden.
