Pregnant old men,  gay unicorn sex, floating mechanical testicles, cows excreting human remains, melting faces, adult foetuses and giant laboratory rats.

Incredibly, and for some unbeknown reason, all of these strange images have appeared on album covers by legitimate recording artists down the years.
