Primal Scream frontman Bobby Gillespie has revealed that Kylie Minogue was offered drugs at one of their shows in the nineties but turned them down.
"People were offering her stuff and she said, 'Thanks, but no thanks'. She was lovely,” Gillespie told Q.
The frontman also revealed that the singer had asked whether she could write a group for the song after she watched them play.
"She did ask us to write a song for her once, we met her and she was fucking lovely. This was when she was a proper pop star, in 1992 or around about then,” he said.
"However, we were too fucked up to even write a song for ourselves at that time."
