Garbage are to play a one-off live show in London this June as a warm-up for their appearance at the Download festival.
Shirley Manson and co. play London’s Brixton Academy on Thursday June 9, a day before they play at Download, according to xfm.co.uk.
But fans will have to be quick to get their tickets as they went on sale at 9am today.
The dates come a few months after the release of their long awaited fourth album ‘Bleed Like Me’ on April 11. The album is preceded two weeks earlier by the single ‘Why Do You Love Me?’
‘Bleed Like Me’ features a guest appearance from The Foo Fighter’s Dave Grohl, who plays the drums on the track ‘Bad Boyfriend’.
