"Anyone," Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, said, when asked who he would like to work with next.
"Oasis as well — it doesn't matter to me, I don't bear any grudge, it's all good. I just believe in good music and bad music, I've always said that.”
Jay-Z's performance at the Glastonbury last weekend was criticised in the build-up to the festival by Gallagher. The Oasis guitarist said he didn't think hip-hop music should be allow at the festival.
Despite Gallagher's comments, the rapper's set at Glastonbury was positively received, including his decision to open with a cover of Oasis's 'Wonderwall'.
When asked for his opinion of Gallagher in light of what the guitarist had said, Jay-Z revealed that the Oasis star had tried to contact him.
"I haven't spoken to him," he said. "I heard he was reaching out, but I haven't spoken to him."
