Two people - John Blagrove and Cara Burton – accused of supplying Amy Winehouse with drugs will appear at Thames Magistrates Court later.
Both individuals are charged with supplying the class A drugs, MDMA and cocaine.
Their arrest came after a video that supposedly showed Winehouse smoking crack cocaine was handed to the Sun newspaper.
Winehouse was arrested and questioned by police over the video, which surfaced in January, last month but was not charged.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Winehouse has been discharged from The Clinic in London where she was being treated for traces of the lung disease emphysema.
The singer will continue to be treated as an outpatient, her spokesperson said.
