Mark Ronson has compared the moment Amy Winehouse lashed out at a fan at the Glastonbury Festival to sibling rivalry.
Winehouse appeared to throw a punch at a member of the audience towards the end of her set on Saturday (June 28th).
Responding to the incident, organisers said that she had reacted in self defence after a fan tried to touch her body. The police have also confirmed that they will take no action against the star.
Speaking about Winehouse's outburst, Ronson, who produced the singer's second album, said: "I remember that slap, like the one you used to get from your sister at the dinner table, with your Mum not looking.
Ronson also told the BBC that he felt Winehouse's performance proved that she was “back on form”, adding: “She was great."
