Amy Winehouse will not face action after she lashed out at a fan during her performance at last weekend's Glastonbury Festival.
Police say they have received no complaint over the incident, which happened when the singer went to greet members of the audience during a rendition of 'Rehab'.
Organisers of the festival have defended the star, saying that she retaliated after somebody touched her body.
Winehouse's performance on the Pyramid Stage was watched by over 75,000 fans and was the first time in over half a year that the singer had played a full set in the UK.
On Friday (June 27th) she warmed up for the event by playing a two song set on behalf of Nelson Mandela in London's Hyde Park.
After both performances the singer returned to the London Clinic in Marylebone where she is currently being treated for traces of the lung disease emphysema.
