Lightspeed Champion Declares Love For Pukka Pies At Glastonbury

Lightspeed Champion aired his admiration for Jim Carrey and Pukka Pies, amongst other things, after serenading a jammed Guardian Loungue Tent at Glastonbury this evening.

The bespectacled star was joined by Emmy The Great for most of his set, and found time to tell GIgwise about his culinary habits. "My favourite thing about English festivals is Pukka Pies," he said, before impersonating Jamie Oliver repeating "Pukka".

He aired new song 'Myleene', featuring a blistering guitar solo, during his half hour set. Despite the adulation of the crowd, he bemoaned his performance. "It was a 57% performance. Most of which came from my hat."

He also let slip a possible collaboration with We Are Scientists later tonight, suggesting if we checked them out he would be around.

If not, the Lightspeed Champion way to have fun involves YouTube and Jim Carrey. "I spent all night watching him," he chuckles, before shouting "Alrighty then!" Hmmm.
