Dirty Pretty Things frontman Carl Barat is set to play an acoustic solo set at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
The former Libertine has only recently been released from hospital after being diagnosed with acute prancreatitis but will take to the Left Field stage for a forty minute set on Sunday night.
He is expected to be joined on stage by Billy Bragg but no specific time has been confirmed yet.
Dirty Pretty Things will be playing on the Left Field stage at the festival on the same day as the acoustic gig.
Pete Doherty is also due to play a solo show at the Festival – he will be headlining The Park stage on Friday evening.
