The Verve have revealed that their long awaited new studio album will be entitled 'Four'.
The band's first album since 1997's 'Urban Hymns' is due to be released on August 18th in the United Kingdom and the following day in the US.
'Love Is Noise', the first song from the record, was previewed on radio last night (June 23rd) and is currently available via the bands website.
The announcement comes less than a week before the band's scheduled headlining appearance at the Glastonbury Festival.
As previously reported on Gigwise, The Verve, who reunited last year to record new material, will headline the event alongside Jay-Z and Kings of Leon.
