Dirty Pretty Things frontman Carl Barat is "resting" at home after being released from hospital over the weekend.
Barat was forced to cancel two shows – in London and a European festival date – after he was diagnosed with acute prancreatitis.
The singer was rushed into hospital last Tuesday (June 17th), complaining of stomach pains.
It's still not yet known whether Barat had to undergo an operation while in hospital.
A statement from the band said that the group are expected to return to live action at the Sun Jam Festival in Bern this Saturday (June 28th).
