More than 100 fans joined Weezer for the opening show of their Hootenanny tour in America last night (June 17th).
The tour, organised to coincide with the release of their new self-titled album, invites fans to bring their own instruments and voices along for a mass sing-along.

Weezer's Hootenanny tour continues tomorrow (June 19th) in Portland.
The band are expected to go on a tour of Japan in September followed by arena dates in the US on October. Currently, there are no plans to tour the UK.
