Two people have been charged with conspiracy to supply drugs in relation to a video that featured the singer Amy Winehouse.
The video, published in the Sun newspaper in January, claimed to show the singer taking a combination of drugs, including crack cocaine.
But Winehouse, who was questioned by police over the video, escaped charges because there was no proof of what substances in the video were.
Reports today (June 12th) claim that two people from Dalton, East London have been questioned and bailed until July.
Despite the lack of evidence, it's understood that proof of what the substances in the video were are not required to implement the conspiracy law against the pair.
Winehouse appeared outside her London home yesterday (June 11th) to speak to photographers, although she didn't talk about the matter.
