The defence in the trial of US R&B star R Kelly has rested after just two days of testimony in Chicago.
Kelly's defence lawyers questioned just half the number of witnesses as the prosecution in less than half the time.
The R&B star is accused of filming himself having sex with a girl who the prosecution claim could be as young as 14. Kelly denies the charges.
Amongst the defence team's witnesses were three relatives of the alleged victim who claimed that they did not recognise the woman in the video, reports the Associated Press.
The trial will resume today with two rebuttal witnesses for the prosecution.
Much emphasis is expected to be placed on claims that a distinguishable childhood mole on the singers back is not evident on the man in the video.
The trial continues.
