More Amy Winehouse
Amy Winehouse has won an Ivor Novello award for her song ‘Love Is A Losing Game’.
The singer, who was not at today’s ceremony in London, was acknowledged for her songwriting.
Winehouse was nominated for three awards but lost out in the best selling song category to Shakira and Beyonce’s ‘A Beautiful Liar’.
Other winners at today’s ceremony included Phil Collins, who won the International Achievement award and Take That, who took home the Most Played award for 'Shine'.
The prestigious awards recognise songwriters and composers across a wide range of musical genres.
