Pop star Rihanna is to make her movie debut next year in Mama Black Widow, it’s been revealed.
The singer, who is currently on top of the US singles chart with ‘Take A Bow’, will star in the film alongside Mos Def.
The film is an adaptation of the 1969 novel of the same name which tells the story of family life in 1930’s America.
The movie adaptation will be directed by Darren Grant, who created the video for Destiny Child’s ‘Survivor’.
