Estelle is to play a one off show at Sankey’s in Manchester next month.
The gig, on June 5th, will coincide with her involvement in a new campaign to find and develop the talent of young musicians.
The singer will work alongside a panel of industry experts providing a range of master classes, including an artists Q&A.
Estelle, who topped the charts recently with ‘American Boy’, said that she wanted to get involved with the initiative because she feels the “urban music scene in the UK needs the support."
"For talent to be developed in the UK, we need to invest in it,” she added.
Entry for Estelle’s Hugo Urban Rules gig is free to those who enter via the scheme’s website. For more information, check out our Gig Guide.
