Ashlee Simpson And Pete Wentz 'Marry In Wonderland'

Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz have married in a private ceremony in Los Angeles, according to reports in the US media.

The couple exchanged vows in front of approximately 150 family members and friends at Simpson’s parent’s home in San Fernando Valley.

The wedding comes amid reports that the singer is expecting her first child with the bass player.

US magazine People says that Simpson wore a Monique Lhuillier wedding dress during the ceremony, which was over seen by her father.

Simpson’s sister, Jessica, was the maid of honour.

The couple apparently celebrated their marriage with an Alice in Wonderland inspired reception, complete with a lavish cake.

Wentz and Simpson met in 2006 but only announced details of their engagement at the beginning of April.
