Weezer have brought the US release of their new album, entitled ‘Weezer’, forward by three weeks.
Originally scheduled for release on June 24th, the album will now be available from June 3rd.
According to the band’s record label, the decision to bring forward the release will enable to the band to capitalise on the positive sales of first single ‘Pork and Beans’.
The song is currently number one on Billboard’s Modern Rock chart.
However, as Gigwise revealed last week, eight tracks off the bands news album have already leaked on the internet.
‘Weezer’ is scheduled for release in the UK on June 30th.
