Metallica and Ozzy Osbourne will co-headline this years OzzFest Festival, it’s been revealed.
System of a Down’s Serj Tankian will also perform, as will Korn frontman Jonathan Davis.
Unlike previous years the event won’t travel across the America but will instead take place in Dallas on August 9th.
Speaking about the decision to cut down the event, Sharon Osbourne said that he husband “deserves a summer off” following extensive touring.
"We're going to be a stadium destination festival for now — we have gone past doing the sheds every summer,” she said.
“We've given everyone else the blueprint and we have to keep evolving Ozzfest. This is just the beginning.”
Osbourne added that the event was the only festival for “harder-edge bands”.
