Usher Says 'Hello Manchester' To A Kent Crowd
Share

US R&B singer Usher’s appearance at One Big Weekend in Kent on Saturday (May 12th) got off to a bad start, when he accidentally said “Hello Manchester”.

Usher was booed by the festival crowd in Maidstone – which is almost 250 miles away from Manchester.

Luckily, however, the rest of the performer’s set ran smoothly, as he previewed a host of new material.

Madonna headlined the opening day of the festival, which was her first appearance in the UK since the release of her latest album ‘Hard Candy’.

Although she was rapturously received by the crowd, the singer drew complaints from television viewers after she swore twice during her short set.

What do you think of Usher’s gaffe? Are you upset that he can’t grasp the UK’s geography? Leave a comment below and let us know...
