Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills will today (May 12th) finalise the details of their lengthy divorce battle.
Mr Justice Bennett, the high court judge overseeing the couples divorce, is expected to grant a decree nisi.
Neither McCartney nor Ms Mills are expected in court for the hearing.
The financial details of the pair’s divorce were agreed in March, with Mr Bennett awarding Ms Mills £24.3million from the former Beatle.
In his ruling, which Ms Mills failed to prevent being published, the judge criticised Ms Mills, saying she had given "inconsistent and inaccurate" evidence.
In contrast, Mr Bennett praised McCartney, saying he had given a “consistent, accurate and honest” account to the court.
Under judicial rules, the pair will have to wait six weeks and one day before the decree is unconditionally approved.
