Over the next few months Tubelord will probably be one of the busiest bands in the UK. With endless live dates and festival appearances lined up, the Kingston three-piece look set to make a dent in the conscience of the UK's gig going public. And it should be a sizeable dent at that because their stop-start pop-punk has been a breath of fresh air to Gigwise's world weary ears.
They sound like East Coast hardcore mixed with Liverpool's current obsession for time signature noodling, indie-pop and share an affinity with the likes of Dinosaur Pile-Up and Johnny Foreigner.
