The Futureheads returned to the scene of their first ever gig for an intimate show in Sunderland last night (May 1st).
The band’s gig at the Royalty Pub was the first part of a new series of gigs entitled 'Gaymer Grassroots' which will also feature Mystery Jets and Young Knives.
The Futureheads entertained the crowd with songs off their latest album ‘This Is Not The World’.
The album, which is the band’s third, is out on May 24th.
Young Knives homecoming show is scheduled to take place in Ashby de la Zouch on May 6th, followed by The Mystery Jets show in London on May 29th.
