Kaiser Chiefs Confirm They're Working With Mark Ronson On New Material

Following months of speculation...

Kaiser Chiefs have confirmed that they are working on new material with producer Mark Ronson, who’s other acts include Amy Winehouse.

In response to months of speculation, the band said in a statement that they had been working with Ronson and Elliot James in London.

“Eliot's a young British producer we like very much. Mark's a young British (via New York) producer that we also like very much,” they said.

“As a pair they're dynamite and we're enjoying plotting Kaiser Chiefs mk.III with them pressing buttons and turning dials.

“It's all going well and what's going on in the studio has us excited, we're looking forward to you hearing it.”

It’s not yet clear when the band’s third album, the follow-up to last years ‘Yours Truly, Angry Mob’, will be released.
