Hadouken have revealed they are planning to rework bassline anthem ‘Heartbroken’.
The T2 track broke into the charts last year and heralded the return to mainstream popularity of Garage.
Hadouken are long time fans of the genre, with front man James Smith producing tracks for Garage artists before starting his own band.
Bass player Chris Purcell told Orange: "On the bassline thing there has been talk of having a crack at T2's Heartbroken, so you never know we'll see if we can make it work."
Smith added: "Bassline house is wicked. It's good to see original, urban dance music coming out of the UK because it's been a long time. It's good that there's been a resurgence."
"It's quite interesting that it hasn't come out of London because they tend to come out of London. I think that's quite cool that it's big up North."
