Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has given her full support behind Jay-Z’s inclusion at this year's Glastonbury Festival.
Paltrow, who is the wife of Coldplay’s Chris Martin, told the BBC that the rapper will be “brilliant for Glastonbury”.
“He's the best rapper of all-time and I think he'll knock it out of the park,” Paltrow added.
Jay-Z’s scheduled appearance has drawn a mixed reaction from music fans, with many blaming his addition for slow ticket sales.
The rapper will headline the festival’s coveted Pyramid Stage on June 28th, with the remaining headlining performances coming from The Verve and Kings Of Leon.
Tickets for this year’s festival, which runs from June 27th-29th, are still available to those who have pre-registered.
