The cheeky succinct track is not even two minutes long and seems an interesting choice for a release – but that’s everything that makes it appealing. Depicting a long distance relationship where communication is made via mail, vocalist Gareth Campesino quickly explains his resolutions for the year before jumping in to say: “I do not believe in the new year anymore.” A perky pop fuelled attempt that will irritate the cynics and boost the cheerful.
