    Green Day have announced just who will be supporting them as they take to the stage in the UK this summer.

    The American Idiots will be performing to their biggest ever British audience as they play the Milton Keynes Bowl on June 18 and 19.

    They will be joined by Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday and A Simple Plan reports NME.

    60,000 fans are expected at the sold out shows.
