Skinny kids with talent, Grammatics are supporting These New Puritans on their upandcoming mini-venues tour and rightfully so. You can see the similarities between the two – guitar harmonics and droopy faces, covered in a fog of mystery making them all the more exciting. ‘D.I.L.L.E.M.A’ is sure to set the fires alight for the Leeds quartet. Fast-paced and forward-thinking, this is a rare delight which nobody should miss out on. Once Emilia Ergin’s Cut-Throat Cello decides to join in with the Youthmovies/Muse-esque vocals and the jerky guitars, it turns a decent excitement into a ferocious jawdropper of a single. It’s one to play on repeat and it’s one to fall into a giddy love with.

Released 14/04/08 on Dance To The Radio.
