The trade union organised Left Field Stage at Glastonbury has confirmed Elle S’Appelle, Married to the Sea, The Daisy Riots, The Rascals and the Seal Cub Clubbing Club for its ‘Glastonbury vs The Capital of Culture’ bill.
Before heading to Glastonbury on June 27th, the Left Field will take over Liverpool Carling Academy on Wednesday May 14th with some of the same bands that are set for Worthy Farm.
Geoff Martin, Left Field Director said: “We are pleased to cement the tie-up with the Capital of Culture.
"We are one of only a few stages open on Thursday so we are guaranteed a big crowd and great atmosphere.”
The Left Field stage will begin on the Thursday of the festival at 4.30pm.
The shows will raise funds for Anti-Slavery International.
