Live Nation have announced a deal to invest in the company which organises T In The Park and the Connect festival.
The company has joined up with Denis Desmond’s Gaiety Investments and will now control 67% of Dance Factory which runs the event according to the Daily Record.
This new deal follows Live Nations link ups with Jay Z and Madonna as they continue to grow their business in the live music sector.
Speaking about the deal, Geoff Ellis of DF Concerts said: "We are pleased to welcome Live Nation into DF Concerts.
"We look forward to continuing to work with an array of diverse artists and creating first class events such as T In The Park and Hydro Connect."
Denis Desmond added: Denis Desmond said: "I have been the main investor in this great business for many years.
"It is a natural progression for me to transfer this investment into my UK joint venture with Live Nation."
