David Bowie has called The Last Of The Shadow Puppets’ cover of his song 'In The Heat Of The Morning' a “delight”.
The band, which is the side-project of Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner and Rascals frontman Miles Kane, will release the cover as the b-side to their debut single.
Writing on his website, Bowie described the cover as “lovely” and “a daymaker.”
The Last Of The Shadow Puppets’ new single, ‘The Age Of The Understatement’, is released on April 14th.
You can watch the video for the single, here.
The group’s debut album, also entitled ‘The Age Of The Understatement’, is out the following Monday (April 21st).
