Kanye West To Headline Global Gathering Festival

Moby will join him at Straford-Upon-Avon bash...

Kanye West has been unveiled as the main headliner at this years Global Gathering in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The dance festival, which takes place from July 25-26th, will also feature a performance from Moby, it’s been announced.

West is rumoured to be bringing his Glow in the Dark tour over to the UK for the event – which will be his only UK festival appearance in 2008.

The tour, which kicks off in America next month, features Lupe Fiasco, Rihanna and N.E.R.D.

Mark Ronson will also bring his full live-act to this years Global Gathering event, which will feature a host of big name DJs.

What a joke!! Jay Z or whatever at Glastonbury, Kayne West at Global... why the hell have English festivals been taken over by hip-hop Americans!! Completely wrong genre!! Kanye probably cost more than someone like Tiesto as well!! Fools! We’re not going anymore - you couldn’t even *give* me a ticket!

and the promoters on Dontstayin.com are still trying to say its a good idea!! Who the hell are the trying to kid?? Themselves i think. They have also said that they have had to order extra security. Cant think why that is!!
