Girl’s Aloud singer Cheryl Cole has recorded vocals on Will.i.am’s new single, ‘Heartbreaker’, it’s been revealed.
Cole, who also appears in the video for the single, met the former Black Eyed Peas rapper whilst filming a TV show for Girls Aloud in Los Angeles.
In the programme, entitled ‘Passions Of Girls Aloud’, Cole trained to become a hip-hop dancer.
‘Heartbreaker’ is the follow-up to Will.i.am’s controversial single ‘Yes We Can’, on which voiced support for Democratic candidate Barack Obama.
The accompanying video for the song, which featured a host of celebrities including Scarlett Johansson, received 3million views in just one week on YouTube.
‘Heartbreaker’ is released on May 5th in the United Kingdom.
