Johnny Borrell will get what some night say is coming to him in the latest Irvine Welsh movie, he’s going to be murdered.
The Razorlight front man is set to play the victim of two grave robbers in the movie ‘The Meat Trade’ which is based on the story of the Westport Murders.
Said grave robbers will be played by Robert Carlyle and Colin Firth who will be transported to modern day Edinburgh instead of the 19th century when the events actually took place.
Speaking to the Daily Star Borrell said: “It’s going to be so much fun. I love horror and I’m a really big fan of Irvine Welsh’s work. I loved Trainspotting.”
