The Maccabees, De La Soul, Reverend & The Makers and Lightspeed Champion are amongst the first batch of acts confirmed to appear at the inaugural Beachdown Festival.
The four day event takes place over the August Bank Holiday (22-25) on the South Downs near Brighton.
Catering for 11,000 revellers, organisers are attempting to make the event as carbon neutral as possible by laying on double-decker buses for travel from Brighton, while parking facilities will also be offsite to avoid the destruction of the local environment.
Also on the bill are The Infadels, Terry Callier, Amp Fidler, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Roy Ayers, The Hat and Freakpower.
Weekend tickets are on sale now at the very reasonable price of £85. Daily tickets cost £30.
