Echo & The Bunnymen have announced a huge hometown show to celebrate their 30th Anniversary.
They will play Liverpool’s newly opened Echo Arena on November 27 and have special plans for the event.
The gig will see them play their classic album ‘Ocean Rain’ in its entirety plus new tracks from their forthcoming album.
Speaking about the gig Ian McCulloch said: “Because of the overwhelming response to our Royal Albert Hall ‘Ocean Rain’ show in September – which is sold out – I decided that we should take it around the world - New York, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Moscow amongst other cities.
“Obviously, my home city, the place I love and live in had to be there.”
Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday (April 4) at 9am and will be available through Gigwise.
