Oxford quintet, Youthmovies, fresh from gruelling support tours alongside Foals and Dead Meadows, are in line to perform a live soundtrack accompaniment to Ellen Page’s new independent film, 'The Tracey Fragments'.
The performance will coincide with the London premiere of Page’s new film and will take place on Wednesday 23rd April at Vibe Lounge as part of the East End film festival 2008.
The Oscar nominee, Page, plays the 15-year-old protagonist in yet another teen drama about coming of age following her appearance in Juno. The film itself is not scheduled for release until much later this year.
Following the films screening at 7.30pm, a post screening party will commence at 9pm with an exclusive remix of the film by visuals guru, VJ Buzzard Buzzard and music from Foals’ friends, Youthmovies.
Details of the event can be found here.
