Gnarls Barkley have been forced to cancel a visit to the UK this week due to family illness.
The group had been due to perform a sold-out show at 229 in London on Thursday (April 3rd) in support of their new album, ‘The Odd Couple’.
In a statement, the band said: “Cee-Lo Green decided at short notice to remain in the States alongside his wife and children, and is thus now unable to travel to the UK as scheduled.”
Details about whether their gig at 229 will be rescheduled or cancelled altogether will be announced shortly.
‘The Odd Couple’, which is the duo’s second album, is out this week.
