My Chemical Romance have been unveiled as one of the main acts at this year's Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis.
The band will be joined by host of other musicians at the event, including Cat Power, Lou Reed, Fergie and Cheryl Crow.
The festival, which runs from May 2nd-4th, will take place at Tom Lee Park in the downtown area of the city.
Tegan and Sara, The Roots and Santana are also on the bill.
